Online Nutrition Coaching

In my practice as a Nutrition Coach, I focus on helping you feel your best and I do not rely on the scale as a true measurement.  Instead, we focus on some body measurements, progress pictures, and the most reliable measure, how your clothes fit and how you feel. My approach to nutrition is based on eating lean proteins, healthy fats and whole foods, the foods your body needs to maintain a healthy environment and lose body fat. Instead of focusing on “good” foods and “bad” foods and following a rigid meal plan, I will help you develop new eating habits and a new way to approach nutrition. This approach allows you to adapt to real-life situations and becomes a lifestyle that is sustainable and successful!

I have only been working with Rebecca now for three weeks! I can not believe how different I feel and my out look on weight, food, the scale and body image. For the first time in my life I finally feel free!!!! I have lost weight and inches and feel fantastic.

I feel much better. I am getting the hang of foods I should be eating and not eating. Rebecca's "more calories and more protein" is working! I have finally broken the 170 mark! I was 172 for 8 frustrating months! Last week was a bad one but I didn't turn to food to comfort me, instead I looked for friends for support( I have amazing ones!). I couldn't be prouder . The small joys of life, need to appreciate them more.



I literally could not believe Rebecca when she told me I needed to eat more when I started. It went against everything I was ever told about weight loss. For the past two weeks I have been eating more protein than I think I ever have and definitely eating way more calories on a regular basis. I am down 7lbs, 5 cm off my waist and .2 percent body fat. I still have a long way to go, but It is nice to not be starving and still successful!


Today was a true epiphany for me. I was logging my food in My Fitness Pal and I realized that I have not obsessed about my calories in weeks. By following Rebecca's guidelines a huge burden (that I have been living for 4 years) has been lifted from my shoulders. If I follow what she says, my caloric intake naturally falls in line! How freeing!!!!

Who Is Rebecca?


Rebecca Tinberg Willis is the Online Nutrition Coach for Physical Peak. She received her nutrition certification through Precision Nutrition, a highly respected team of doctors, nutritionists, naturopaths and personal trainers who not only work with the general population, but also with world class and Olympic athletes and athletic teams.  "I learned the nitty gritty details of our body’s biochemical processes and the details of our metabolism. I had already been using their nutritional theories for myself very successfully, and now I am certified to coach others on their methods". She also hold a degree in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin, Madison and a Masters of Science. Rebecca resides in Glenview, IL with her three children and her dog Peanut.
