In years past, older adults viewed strength training as an activity for the young. We now know that strength training helps keep you young. Of course, you probably can't do everything you could in your twenties--at least not as quickly--but you can reap the same benefits, which only grow in importance as you age.
Elijah focus not only on building strength, but also on increasing flexibility, coordination, endurance and especially balance--components of fitness that are essential to continued independence and enjoyment of life. Each session will incorporate walking, bending, stationary and/or seated exercises.
